Merry Little Book Sale returns to Superior Public Library

The Friends of the Superior Public Library are back for their Merry Little Book Sale. The premise of this sale is that these books are perfect for gift giving which means they are clean, there are no marks, and no damage.

The items available in this sale including books, artwork, posters and more. These items are the best of the best that the Friends have saved up all year round. Craig Scherf, who is on the Executive Committee with the Friends of the Superior Library, says books can be the perfect gift for someone close to you.

“Book gifts are really a great thing. You really need to know a person to give them an appropriate book. Sometimes, it’s nice when you get one because the person has thought about you enough to know that you are a lover of cats, or if you are into mysteries, whatever it may be.”

Friday’s sale goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Superior Public Library. Free gift wrapping is available on-site and Santa Claus will be making a special appearance during Saturday’s event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
