Programming changes on WDIO due to High School Hockey

The Minnesota State High School League Boys’ Hockey State Tournament takes place beginning on Wednesday, March 6 through Saturday, March 9. The State Tournament will air live on WDIO and streaming on your Smart TV using our Connected TV apps, like Roku and Amazon Fire. You can also watch the State Tournament on WDIO.com.

Due to these hockey games, there will be changes to some of the ABC programming this week.

WDIO News at Six will air on WDIO2 MeTV March 6 – 9th and streaming on WDIO.com.

Programming changes for Wednesday, March 6: 
Prime programming from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. will be preempted.
General Hospital will move to WDIO2 Me-TV from 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
WDIO News at Six will air on WDIO2 Me-TV at its normal time.

  • 7:00 p.m. – The Conner’s – delayed broadcast at 1:06 a.m. Thursday morning
  • 7:30 p.m. – Not Dead Yet – delayed broadcast at 1:36 a.m. Thursday morning
  • 8:00 p.m. – Abbott Elementary – delayed broadcast at 2:06 a.m. Thursday morning
  • 8:30 p.m. – Abbott Elementary – delayed broadcast at 2:38 a.m. Thursday morning
  • 9:00 p.m. – Judge Steve Harvey – delayed broadcast at 3:06 a.m. Thursday morning
  • 4:06 p.m. – ABC World News Now will be joined in progress

Prime programming from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. will be preempted.
General Hospital will move to WDIO2 Me-TV from 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
WDIO News at Six will air on WDIO2 Me-TV at its normal time.

  • 7:00 p.m. – Celebrity Wheel of Fortune – delayed broadcast at 1:06 a.m. Friday morning
  • 8:00 p.m. – State of the Union – will move to WDIO2 Me-TV at its normal time. You can also watch the State of the Union online at ABC News Live

Prime programming from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. will be preempted.

  • 7:00 p.m. – Shark Tank – delayed broadcast at 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning
  • 8:00 p.m. – 20/20 – delayed broadcast at 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning

Prime programming from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. will be preempted.

  • 11:00 a.m. – NHL Game will air on WDIO2 Me-TV at its normal time
  • 7:00 p.m. – NBA Basketball will air on WDIO2 Me-TV at its normal time
