Vikings release 2022 schedule

The Vikings will begin the 2022 season hosting the Green Bay Packers and won’t see their archrivals again until the next-to-last game of the season for a New Year’s Day clash at Lambeau Field.

The new Vikings schedule was part of the NFL’s leaguewide release Thursday evening.

Among the highlights on the 2022 Vikings schedule are a Monday Night Football appearance at Philadelphia in Week 2, a trip to London to meet the Saints in Week 4, hosting New England in the Vikings’ first-ever Thanksgiving Day home game, a Christmas Eve clash with the Giants at U.S. Bank Stadium and that January 1st trip to Lambeau Field.

The Vikings play nine games at U.S. Bank Stadium and seven true road games, plus the neutral site game in London.

The preseason schedule has the Vikings playing at Las Vegas, hosting San Francisco and playing at Denver. Preseason game dates will be announced later.
