UWS women’s hockey gets shutout win against Northland

The University of Wisconsin Superior (UWS) and Northland College women’s hockey teams opened their final series of the regular season in intra-state rivalry fashion on Friday.

The Yellowjackets were looking to make it two straight wins over the Lumberjacks.

Amanda Sergent would light the lamp first for UWS with her 10th goal of the season, as the Yellowjackets score six unanswered goals winning 6-0.
