UWS baseball postpones Thursday’s home opener

On Wednesday the University of Wisconsin-Superior (UWS) baseball team announced they have postponed their home opener scheduled for Thursday.
The decision was made due to poor field conditions at the NBC Spartan Sports Complex.
That doubleheader against Augsburg University has now been moved to Friday at U.S. Bank Stadium with first pitches set for 6am and 8am.
The Yellowjackets’ (3-10) home opener is now set for Tuesday, March 29 against Northland College. First pitch at the Spartan Sports Complex is set for 3pm. For their full schedule, click here.
