UMD’s Fanti, Blair earn weekly conference honors

It has been a good week for the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Bulldogs, as two players have earned conference honors.

UMD men’s hockey’s Ryan Fanti was named National Collegiate hockey Conference (NCHC) goalie of the week.

Fanti posted back to back shutouts against Colorado College for a combined 49 saves.

While men’s basketball’s Drew Blair was named Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) North player of the week.

Blair has averaged 23 points in their 2-0 start.
