The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s basketball team hasn’t tipped off in over three weeks, however the accolades are still rolling in for senior Brooke Olson.

On Monday the forward was named to the World Exposure Reports (WER) All-American Second Team for the 2021-2022 season.

This marks the second time Olson has been honored by the WER, after being named 2021 Player of the Year and to the 2021 First Team. It is also her third All-American honor this season, after being named to the NABC and D2CCA All-American Teams.

Averaging a team high 27.8 points a game, Olson would become just the 7th Bulldog to reach the 1,500 career point mark.

Shooting over 51 percent from the field, the Rice Lake native helped UMD to their second straight national tournament.
