UMD women’s XC secures 10th national championship berth

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s cross country team is NCAA division II championship bound. After finishing second at the Central Regions Saturday in Joplin, Missouri.

This marked the Bulldogs best regional finish since the 2016 season. The placement earned the teams tenth ever national championship appearance.

The last time the Dogs ran in this big of an event was 2017, when they placed 15th overall.

The competition will take place in St. Leo, Florida on Saturday, November 20th. Race time at 7:30am.
