UMD women’s hockey will face Mankato in first round

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey team will face Mankato in the first round of the WCHA playoffs.
The best-of-three quarterfinal series is set to begin Friday through Sunday at Amsoil Arena.
Game time for all 3 days is scheduled for 2:01 P.M.
UMD has gone 3-1 in the four games against Mankato this season, outscoring the opposition 18-9 in the matches.
