UMD women’s hockey ranks 4th in preseason poll

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) womens hockey team is set to begin the 2021-22 season ranked as the fourth best team in the nation after the Preseason USA TODAY/ USA Hockey Magazine Women’s College Hockey Poll was released on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs closed out the 2020-2021 season 12-7 to finish second in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA).
UMD currently shares the fourth spot with the University of Minnesota.
The Bulldogs will drop the puck on their season October 1st visiting Minnesota State University, Mankato for a two game weekend series. For their full schedule, click here.
