The UMD men’s hockey team are coming off a weekend split against St.Cloud, where they won the first game 3-2, then loss 2-0.

The good news is they wont have to wait much longer to get revenge, as the NCHC tournament seeds have been released, and its UMD against the Huskies once again.

"We have to bear down that’s the story of the year. Find a way to score goals some games, don’t find a way to score goals the next game, that’s probably the main concern. I’m not going to get in on how I feel about the team, we have a season we got two games left we have playoffs its a second season, we have to find it. Have a good week of practice and go into their building and hopefully win 2 games, three games to win two. Just keep playing that’s what we have to do," said head coach Scott Sandelin.

Puck drop for the best of three quarterfinals series is set for this coming Friday through Sunday. With the start time for game one Friday at 7:00 p.m.
