For the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey team, its that point of the season heading into playoffs against St.Cloud where you look yourself in the mirror, put prior games behind you, and go out there and play to your team identity… A topic that coached touched on Wednesday afternoon.

"If we play to what we are, which is hard working, competitive, keep the game simple. Be a good defensive team you know we have talked about our offensive inconsistencies all year, it’s there we just haven’t put it together. Playing north pressuring teams, defending hard, we have proven we can be a pretty good hockey team," said head coach Scott Sandelin.

Puck drop on the best of three series against the Huskies is Friday at 7:00 p.m.
