UMD head coach Scott Sandelin signs 2-year extension

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) announced today that they have signed men’s hockey head coach Scott Sandelin to a two year extension.
The contract is set to carry Sandelin through the 2026-27 season.
He is coming off his 22nd year with the program, and seventh consecutive NCAA tournament appearance.
Sandelin also coached the Bulldogs to three NCAA DI Championships in 2011, 2018, and 2019.
