In three weeks the Twin Ports Pro Development Camp (PDC) will once again hit the ice.

Last season head instructor Brett Olson and his crew had to get creative during the coronavirus, hosting a number of drills outside to accommodate for social distancing.

This year they’re happy to get back to dropping the puck inside the Superior Ice Arena for their 6th annual event.

"It’s a great feeling heading into our sixth. I think that means we’ve been doing something right, to be able to have the demand to keep running camp," Olson said. "We won’t have to go through as many protocols. We won’t have to worry about so many little aspects due to Covid, and I think that’s a big sigh of relief."

Youth skaters from U10 to U15 levels will receive training from professional hockey players in a style similar to NHL development camps.

The Twin Ports PDC is set to run from July 26-29th. Click here to register.
