The Homegrown Winter Fiasco is back for one night only!
After a brief in-person hiatus last year, this year’s festivities are returning to several spots in Duluth Friday night.
There will be COVID-19 precautions in place, which includes mask wearing for everyone while indoors, as Duluth currently has a mask mandate in place. Performers were advised by the Mayor’s Office that they will be exempt from wearing masks only while performing on stage, under Section 7C of the new proclamation.
