Saturday marked the return of the Chester Bowl Fall Fest!

The Chester Bowl Fall Fest is a celebration of community along with the changing seasons in Duluth. Over 130 local venders were there selling everything from food, to jeweler, and all kinds of fall necessities.

Around 9,000 people were at Chester Park throughout the day which organizers were happy about since the event also works as a fundraiser.

Director Dave Schaefer says, "The main purpose of this event is to raise money for Chester Bowl Scholarship fund. We believe any family should be able to participate in our ski or snowboard program or our summer camp regardless of their ability to pay and this event helps raise money for that."

The last Fall Fest totaled around of $10,785 dollars for the fundraiser.
