Superior Reds finish season in Legion Baseball semifinals

The Superior Post 435 senior legion baseball team would see their season come to an end Thursday after falling in a rematch with Chippewa Falls Post 77 in the AAA regional tournament in Eau Claire.
The Reds would fall 7-6 in the eighth inning after dropping to Chippewa Falls 6-5 on Tuesday.
Eau Claire Pizza Hut Post 53 would then beat Chippewa Falls 11-0 to win the region and advance to the AAA state tournament held July 26-30 in Sheboygan.
