Superior baseball beats Denfeld Friday evening

The Superior Spartans were at Wade Stadium Friday evening, taking on Duluth Denfeld.

The Spartans were up 3-0 at the top of the second, before Hayden Smith would hit a ball deep to center allowing two runs to score.

Down 5-0 Denfeld had a runner in scoring position in the third inning, Aiden Jimenez would connect with a ball sending Earl Hendrickson home.

Dane Dzuck would collect two RBI’s to end the inning 5-4, as Superior went on to win 13-6.
