Snow removal for a portion of 4th Avenue East

The City of Duluth announced Tuesday that city crews will be working to remove snow from portions of 4th Avenue East beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10.
Snow will be removed from both sides of the street on 4th Avenue East, from East 4th Street to East 7th Street.
City officials say the snow will be removed to improve parking options as well as reduce the accumulated snow from the sides of the street. No parking signs will be posted in the area ahead of the snow removal.
According to the City, any vehicle parked in the area where snow removal is taking place will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
