The Sidewalk Days Festival in Duluth starts up July 7th.

The event was cancelled last year and Kristi Stokes, President of the Greater Downtown Council in Duluth said people are ready for its return this year.

"I think everybody is just so excited to be out there. It feels so great to be able to have events again, to be able to see people, to showcase our downtown,” said Stokes. “After missing it last year, we’re excited to be back and we know our businesses and our vendors, and everyone is just going to be really excited and embrace this."

According to the Greater Downtown Council’s website, “Special attractions at this year’s Festival include the Kolar Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Classic Car Show (8 blocks of classic cars and bands – from Lake? Avenue to 3rd Ave East), the 13th Annual Sidewalk Shuffle 5K, activities with the Duluth Children’s Museum, performances from the DSSO, and more!”

The festival runs July 7th through 9th and the full schedule can be found here.
