Railroad construction in Proctor to cause school transit delays this week

Railroad construction will cause some delays for Proctor school transit starting Monday.
The railroad will be doing a construction project at the crossing on 2nd street beginning at 7:00 am November 8th through Saturday, November 13th.
The road will be closed 24 hours each day for that entire week.
The proposed official detour to Proctor secondary schools is Boundary Avenue at Highway 2 to Kirkus street.
Officials from the school district say the closure will cause some delays with school bussing.
