Prep Hockey: Hermantown wins home opener, Duluth East fall by one goal

In prep boys hockey on Saturday the Hermantown Hawks were against Rosemont in their home opener.

The game Started off physical, but not before a powerplay goal by Hawks Junior George Petterson would break the ice.

Rosemont responded with a man advantage goal of their own, but Hermantown skated to a 6-3 win.

Duluth East was also in action today taking on Eden Prairie.

The first period would be all Duluth East, as Sophomore Noah Teng struck the back of the net twice.

Eden Prairie would respond however winning 4-3.
