Prep Baseball: Denfeld, Cloquet baseball notch home finale wins

Both the Duluth Denfeld and Cloquet baseball teams notched regular season finale wins at home on Thursday.

The Hunters topped Northwood/Solon Springs 4-1 at Wade Stadium, earning Denfeld head coach Joe Wicklund the bragging rights over his former CSS baseball teammate Nate Ahlberg, head coach of the Evergreens.

At Mettner Field, Cloquet rallied from a two run deficit to defeat Moose Lake/Willow River 5-2.
