New faces as captains for UMD baseball

University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) baseball have announced their big dog captains for the diamond for the 2022-2023 season.
Tosten Mann, Tim Pokornowski, and Alex Wattermann have been named as the 2022-2023 captains.
Northland native, hailing from Cloquet, Pokornowski lead the team in batting average last season with .349. Mann came in second on the team last year with eight home runs. Wattermann, a junior, tallied 17 strikeouts on the mound this season.
The Bulldogs finished 2022 with a 25-25 record.
