Morgan Friday lifts CSS women’s soccer to first-ever win over St. Olaf

A second half Morgan Friday goal lifted the College of St. Scholastica (CSS) women’s soccer team to their first-ever win over St. Olaf College Wednesday in Duluth.

Now sitting 1-10-1 all time against the Oles, the Saints also improved to 2-1 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) after picking up their first home win in conference play.

Brianna Jorgenson tallied six saves in net for CSS.

St. Scholastica (2-5-2) will shoot to pickup their third straight MIAC win Saturday while visiting Bethel University. Game time is set for 3:30pm. For their full schedule, click here.
