Mike Mayou has come out as the winner to represent District 2 on the Duluth City Council.
Dave Zbaracki was Mayou’s challenger, both looking to fill the Council seat currently held by Joe Sipress, who is not seeking another term.
Unofficial results show Mayou winning by 1,275 votes: 1,911 to 636.
