Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner is underway!
Are you hungry? Since the beginning, the Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner has been a tradition for runners, volunteers, and spectators. Staff will once again be serving up plates of pasta on Friday. The carbo-loading begins at 11:00 a.m. and continues until 9:00 p.m. at the DECC’s Lake Superior Ballroom.
According to organizers, the Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner, each year serves:
• 8,000 plates of spaghetti
• 5,000 pounds of Michelina’s sauce
• 2,500 pounds of dry spaghetti
• 40,000 meatballs
• 600 loaves of Country Hearth bread
• 6,000 cups of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream
• 8,000 servings of Kemps milk
• 15,000 cookies
New this year to the Spaghetti Feed: Pesto in the sauce.
Tickets are available at the door and are $16 for adults, $8 for children ages 5-12, and free for children 4 & under. All tax and gratuity is included.

Don’t forget the Essentia Health Fitness Expo is also going on at the DECC Arena. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and the Expo continues until 8:00 p.m. More than 100 vendors and exhibitors are on-hand to showcase the latest products, services, technology, and innovation in the running and athletic industries.
