Late goal, Chobak shutout help UMD women’s hockey to win

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women’s hockey team was on the road Friday against the Buckeyes from Ohio State.

After almost three periods with no score it was Kylie Hanley that would get the game winning goal, with only 32 seconds left in the third period.

Bulldogs goalie Jojo Chobak, in her first career start, tallied 27 saves in the 1-0 UMD win.

Dogs are back in action against the Buckeyes again Saturday at 3:00 P.M.
