Jensen tabbed as UMD men’s & women’s cross country head coach

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) athletic department announced on Wednesday they have hired Brette Jensen as the new head coach of the men’s and women’s cross country teams.

She will also serve as an assistant coach for both track and field programs under head coach Karly Brautigam.

Jensen brings in Division I leadership experience, having spent the last year as a cross country assistant coach and track and field coach/coordinator of operations at Drake University. This fall she helped coach two athletes to the NCAA Division I National Championships.
