Huskies notch game 1 win over Eau Claire in home doubleheader

On Wednesday afternoon the Duluth Huskies downed the Eau Claire Express in game one of their doubleheader at Duluth’s Wade Stadium.
The Huskies held off the Express to win 4-3.
Mike Boeve tallied one RBI, one hit and one run, while Michael Brooks contributed two hits and one run for Duluth.
On the mound for the Huskies Ronnie Voacolo pitched five strikeouts.
Game two between the two teams is set for 6:35pm Wednesday evening.
