Huskies fall to Mankato 1-0 to close out home stand

On Sunday the Duluth Huskies suffered a 1-0 loss and the weekend sweep to the Mankato MoonDogs in their final game before the All-Star break.

Mike Boeve tallied two hits for the Huskies, while Michael Brooks and Ryan McDonald each had one hit.

Ethan Hammerberg threw the Duluth’s only strikeout on the day.

The Huskies now sit 7-5 heading into the All-Star break.

Four Huskies are set to represent Duluth in the 2021 Northwoods League All-Star game on Tuesday. It will be held in Mankato.
