Hayward girls skate past Superior in OT

The Hayward girls hockey team skated past Superior in overtime Monday night at Wessman Arena.
After regulation ended tied 2-2 the Hurricanes picked up the 3-2 win in OT thanks to a game-winner from Reese Sheehan.
Riley Sprenger and Hailey Olby scored for Hayward in the first and second periods, while Autumn Cooper and Gabryel Olson tied it up for Superior in the third period.
Now undefeated in their last three games the Hurricanes will next visit Hudson on Tuesday. Superior will host North Shore on Tuesday.
