Grand Rapids boys rally to top Andover in rematch of section final

Tuesday night Grand Rapids boys hockey earned a comeback win over Andover in a regular season rematch of last year’s Section 7AA final, where the Huskies punched their ticket to state.
The 12th ranked Thunderhawks tallied two goals in the second period earning the 2-1 win over the 4th ranked Huskies. Bauer Murphy and Kaden Nelson scored for Grand Rapids.
Now 17-5-1 the Thunderhawks will host No. 17 St. Thomas Academy Friday at 7pm, and close out their regular season Feb. 15 hosting No. 1 Hermantown.
