Fitger’s and Brewhouse at Fitger’s team up for throwback beer

Fitger’s, in partnership with Brewhouse at Fitger’s, debuted the limited-time-beer, Fitger’s Natural, at a tasting Friday evening.

The throwback beer was brewed in the spirit of the Original Fitger’s Beer.

“It’s been great,” Fitger’s Brewhouse Head Brewer Dylan Ice said of people’s reaction to the beer. “A lot of people have been really excited about it [and] just seeing something historic come back to the modern day.”

Ice said he only expected the limited-time-beer to be available through the holidays.

Fitger’s started brewing beer back in 1881 and in 1996 Fitger’s Brewhouse opened in the former brewery.
