Esko, Grand Rapids advance past section 7 semifinals

On Saturday afternoon the Esko Eskimos and Grand Rapids Thunderhawks advanced past the section semifinals.
Esko hosted the Rock Ridge Wolverines at home in the section 7AAA matchup.
Mason Perich got the Eskimos on the board first with a recieving touchdown.
From there they controlled the majority of the game knocking off Rock Ridge 43-14.
The Eskimos will now play Aitkin in the section 7AAA title game this Thursday, Nov. 4 at Malosky Stadium kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.
In section 7AAAA, Grand Rapis held on to the lead beating Hermantown 19-7.
The Thunderhawks will head to the number one seeded North Branch in the section 7AAAA championship game Friday, Nov. 5 at 7:00p.m.
