Duluth Farmer’s Market growers partnered with local artists for “Art in the Market” on Thursday afternoon. Instead of the regular selection of fruits and vegetables, the farmer’s market was filled with a variety of handmade items.

Local artists set up booths to showcase and sell their work. From drawings and paintings to beading and jewelry, this event had it all.

Andrew Remer creates glass sculptures and was excited to share his passion with the community.

"I love stuff like this,” Remer said. “Being able to bring it out and set it up and show it to people is definitely my favorite."

The next “Art in the Market” event will be in September. In the meantime, the Duluth Farmer’s Market will have fresh veggies, honey, jam, and a wide selection of other products. The farmer’s market is on the corner of 14th Ave E and 3rd St.
