CSS men’s basketball holds off Bethel in OT for first MIAC win

Monday night the College of St. Scholastica (CSS) men’s basketball team held off Bethel University in overtime to pick up their first ever Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) win as a program.

The Saints downed Bethel 74-73 to earn just their second win of the season. Nick Carlson led the way for the Saints scoring 23 points with eight rebounds to surpass 800 career points, while Jack Silgen added 15 points and seven rebounds.

CSS (2-10) travels to St. Olaf College on Wednesday with tip-off set for 7pm.
