Both UMD men’s and women’s basketball keep rolling with wins over Concordia

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s and women’s basketball teams were both in action Saturday taking on Concordia St. Paul.

On the men’s side of the court Junior Drew Blair recorderd his 1,000th career point in the game as UMD would win 106-71, Improving to 15-0 on the season.

Austin Andrews led the team with 22 points.

The women’s squad was also against the Golden Bears on Saturday night.

It was a career game for Kaylee Nelson who had 12 points from off the bench, which is a career high.

Brooke Olson led the team with 13 points herself, as UMD finished off the big conference win 86-42.
