Blue Rock Grill reopening

The time has come for one of Duluth’s new restaurant to open to the community. Blue Rock Grill was supposed to debut in March but never got the chance to because of the pandemic. The restaurant has fresh new layout and a menu that offers wine, cocktails food and so much more.

Bar Manager and assistant general manager Holly Busker lets us know what to expect on Wednesday, October 26, 2021 for their grand opening…"We think we’re really going to wow people right out the gate with what our menu has to offer. Some of the crafted cocktails and spirits that we bought in. Ummm so we just kind of want to show you what we have in general to the public."

On Friday, October 22nd and Saturday, October 23rd, Blue Rock had a “soft opening” for lunch and dinner just to get people talking about their name. The turn out from the event seemed to go pretty well. Holly gives us a recap of how it went down. “It was great! Some of the people have seen us working so hard just to reopen our location. It was really great to invite people in to see what we have come up with the space we created.”

Blue Rock Grill restaurant’s grand opening will be on Wednesday, October 26th, 2021 at 11 o’clock in the morning.
