Big second period lifts UWS women past Northland in WIAC quarterfinals

Scoring four games in the second period the University of Wisconsin Superior (UWS) women’s hockey team rallied past Northland College 5-2 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) quarterfinals.

The fourth seeded Yellowjackets will now visit UW-River Falls for a two game semifinal series Saturday at 2pm. For the full bracket, click here.
