New guidance from the Douglas County health department states that fully vaccinated people can go back to activities without wearing a mask, according to a Tuesday morning press release.

This follows the newly updated guidance from the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, which says fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing. This includes taking part in both large and small indoor and outdoor activities.

Resident of Douglas County must still wear masks in areas where they are required by federal, state or local regulations, including local businesses and workplaces.
