Portions of Chester Park trails to close temporarily

The City of Duluth would like visitors and residents to know that portions of the Chester Park trails will close temporarily, beginning on June 8. City officials say crews will do maintenance on a communications tower. A 140-foot buffer zone is required to ensure park user safety.

For safety reasons, everyone should follow the trail closure signs posted onsite. Do not enter the construction site. The City says the work could be completed by June 30, 2022.
