The University of Wisconsin-Superior held a virtual commencement ceremony Saturday afternoon.

Among the 431 graduates, 134 were first-generation students, 108 were graduate and specialist degree candidates and 32 were student veterans. The oldest graduating student was 69 years old with the youngest student earning a diploma at 20 years old.

“Graduation is such a significant accomplishment, especially with all the unique challenges this year has brought. While this is likely not the commencement ceremony you imagined, I hope you recognize and reflect on how you reached this important milestone,” said Chancellor Renée Wachter.

The virtual ceremony can be viewed here.
