Minnesota Wilderness down Austin Bruins in shootout to win home opener

The North American Hockey League's (NAHL) Cloquet based Minnesota Wilderness defeated the Austin Bruins 4-3 in a shootout in their home opener Sunday evening.

Gavin Rasmussen, Mitchell Allard, and Josh Bohlin scored in regulation for the Wilderness. 

Minnesota's goaltender Kaleb Johnson made 26 saves on 29 shots faced. 

Next the Wilderness will visit the Kenai River Brown Bears on Wednesday at 7:30pm.
