UWS serves up UMAC semifinal victory over Northwestern

The University of Wisconsin Superior (UWS) men's tennis team served up a 5-4 victory over Northwestern University in Wednesday's Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) semifinal match in Superior. 

UWS' number one doubles pair Gergo Potz-Nagy and Andre Luiz, and their number two doubles pair Michael Janes and Jacob Zacharias, earned 8-4 wins. 

Potz-Nagy and Janes, as well as Carter LaMont, tallied singles wins. For the full box score, click here.

The Yellowjackets (10-4) will face the 9-4 College of St. Scholastica (CSS) for the UMAC title Friday at 4pm at Duluth's Longeview Tennis Club.
