UMD men’s basketball forward Austin Andrews named player of the week

On Monday the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s basketball forward Austin Andrews was named for the second time in as many weeks, the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) North Division’s player of the week.
Andrews, who is a sophomore, has helped the Bulldogs to a 9-0 start to the season, their best ever in program history.
During last weeks slate of games, he averaged over 18 points per game, along with 15 rebounds, to tie a career best.
