Bulldog Hoops Handle Concordia-St. Paul

Both the UMD men's and women's basketball teams took down Concordia-St. Paul (CSP) Saturday in game two of their weekend doubleheaders.


The women defeated the Golden Bears 74-55 notching their third straight win. Brooke Olson tallied 12 points and 12 rebounds for the double-double. Sarah Grow led UMD with 17 points. 

The Bulldogs (14-4) will be on the road the next two weeks, their next game coming against Minnesota State University-Moorhead on Jan. 24th at 5:30 PM. For the full recap click here.

The UMD men avenged their first home loss Friday night by defeated CSP 101-92. It's this third time this season UMD has broken the 100 point mark. Drew Blair led the Bulldogs with 33 points.

The Bulldogs will kick-off a four-game road trip beginning next Friday (Jan. 24) when they take on Minnesota State University-Moorhead. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. in Moorehead, Minn. For the full recap click here.
