Seven goals power Proctor/Hermantown Mirage to shutout win over Superior
To the tune of seven goals, the Proctor/Hermantown Mirage won their third straight game on Monday, beating Superior 7-0.
Ella Rothe found the back of the net twice in the first period to set the tone for the Mirage, jumping out to a 2-0 lead. In the second period, Mya Gunderson scored, and Ella Kaups followed Rothe’s lead, scoring two goals of her own. In the third, Avery Milbridge and Grace Nichols went back to back to ice the game for the Mirage.
Proctor/Hermantown will put their winning streak on the line on Thursday against North Shore, while Superior looks to regroup against West Salem on Friday.
