Proctor/Hermantown Snaps CEC's Streak, Hermantown and Grand Rapids Notch Big Wins

The Proctor/Hermantown girls hockey team snapped Cloquet-Esko-Carlton's 17-game win streak by beating the Lumberjacks 6-1 Tuesday night.

The Mirage improve 14-8 on the season, while CEC falls to 18-3.

Hermantown skated to a 8-1 victory against Hibbing/Chisholm. The Hawks improve to 11-1-4.

Grand Rapids extended their unbeaten streak to six games taking down Duluth Marshall 8-0. The Thunderhawks improve to 10-5-1 on the season.
