Proctor/Hermantown's Watkins commits to Bemidji State

Proctor/Hermantown Mirage senior Alyssa Watkins announced on her Instagram on Monday that she has committed to play Division I hockey at Bemidji State University.

The forward scored 24 goals this season and added 22 assists as the Mirage skated to their first-ever state championship title. The Mirage capped of their season with a perfect 21-0 overall record.

Seven of Watkins' goals came on the state stage.

She'll join fellow teammate Ella Anick who committed to the Beavers back in November.
